     Customer Service Department

The City of Richmond customer service department located at 402 Morton is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday, except holidays, to accept payment for city provided utilities. There is also a drop box located at 402 Morton for payment of bills during non-working hours.

The customer service department may be contacted at (281) 342-5456 for questions about utility billing or establishing or disconnecting service.
